Finspan is an aquatic research board game where players take on the role of marine researchers exploring the Sunlight, Twilight, and Midnight Zones of the ocean. Collect fish, discover eggs, and hatch young to form schools that earn points and unlock thematic abilities. This standalone, card-driven game draws inspiration from Wingspan's acclaimed mechanisms while offering a lighter, more accessible entry point into the World of Wingspan. Build your engine strategically as you grow your fish collections and activate abilities tied to each creature's nature—predator fish must consume other fish to thrive. The game features over 125 stunning, realistic fish illustrations by Ana Maria Martinez, Catalina Martinez, and Mesa Schumacher, bringing the ocean to life with naturalistic detail.
