The wheels grip surprisingly well on our living-room carpet, so the rover flips over and keeps rolling without getting stuck. My daughter loves watching it tumble across the floor, and the friction push is easy enough for her to handle on her own.
My son shouts “mission control” every time he rolls this across the floor, and those rugged all-terrain wheels really grip the carpet without getting stuck. The flip action is smooth enough that he can do it himself, which keeps him entertained way longer than I expected.
